New sign up today at the Old Cookhouse, Donaghcloney!
I’ve been teaching at this venue in Donaghcloney, for almost as long as I’ve been teaching Yoga! Over the years, it’s been a great venue for classes, workshops, talks and the Yoga immersions.
It’s also a very convenient venue, as it’s quite central and convenient for people coming from places such as Lurgan, Moira, Magheralin, Dromore, Banbridge, Gilford and Portadown.
The upstairs room is a lovely space, always allowing a lot of light and sunshine in especially on day long workshops. The downstairs space means that for such events there’s a great dining space for lunch.
Although, I teach in a few other venues such as Banbridge and Portadown, I’ve currently three weekly classes in the Old Cookhouse, Monday morning seated Yoga, Tuesday morning and Wednesday evening Vinyasa Krama, the details of which are in the class section, here in the website.
