Photo shoot with Newforge Studios

Over the summer months, when my schedule is a little quieter, one of my intentions had been to update the gallery photos of Yoga asanas with some new images and produce some short videos. I had mentioned this to Brian and Margaret, at Newforge studios who had taken the previous photos over three years ago and they were very keen to work on this. As well as being talented photographers and filmmakers, Brian and Margaret are long time Yoga Practitioners themselves, and therefore have a good eye for conveying the subtle qualities of the Yoga practice. I was delighted when I saw their photos as I felt they had really captured something of the inner experience of the practice, as well as the outward physical form. There’s still a bit more work to do on the short films, so watch this space!
